» 4 Year Crop History Map

The 4 Year Crop History report contains four individual maps that show four separate years of vegetation history within a boundary. Each map includes a legend detailing the most prevalent types of vegetation within the boundaries, the approximate acres each vegetation covers, the % of the boundary, and which color each of those vegetation types are represented by on the map.

Creating a 4 Year Crop History report

Draw or select a boundary on the mapping interface and then select the Crop History option from list of reports and forms.

The report will display the most recent 4 years of available crop history data. The top left Crop Year can be changed manually by retyping the year. This will change each subsequent Crop Year automatically and reload the data.

Once the report is the way you want it, use the desired option(s) to the right to save print or email this map.

The data in the Crop History layer is gathered from Cropland data layer created by the USDA - National Agricultural Statistics Service's CropScape Program.
