After adding a page to the Dossier Studio (See: Add a Map, Form or Report to the Dossier Studio), there are a variety of tools to use to markup or annotate the page.

Marker Tool

The marker is used to make marks on the page with the mouse cursor.

The marker is found in the Dossier Studio menu items at the top of the page.

By default, the marker is set to the color yellow with an opacity of 30%. These settings can be accessed and changed by clicking the down arrow to the right of the marker icon.

Each stroke that is made can be deleted or removed individually. Left click on the mark you want to delete and a red border will appear around it.

Polygon Tool

Another drawing tool available within the Dossier Studio is the polygon tool. This is represented by the button with the black square and 4 red dots in the Dossier Studio Menu bar.

Click to enable the button and then start left clicking on the page to create boundary segments similar to the Draw Field tool on the main Surety mapping interface.

Double left click to end drawing of the polygon
