How to Open an existing List¶

In the Forms Designer, hover over File in the Forms Designer menu bar and click on Open

Select the Lists button on the bottom of the open pop up to access all of the available lists.

The lists that have the small Surety icon next to them are system wide lists and can only be modified by saving a copy of them. The names without the icon are custom lists within your company specifically. Click on one to open it on the canvas.

If you have chosen a standard list you can modify the list.

Note: Before saving, make sure that one of the controls is set as the Target Control

But you are only able to save an standard list as a copy with the Save As function. See: Save As

Rename the List and Save it.

Once that list is saved as a copy, you can modify and save over it with just the save function. See: Save
