If you are not able to see the yellow FSA (CLU) borders on your map, it is most likely that your FSA fields layer is disabled.
1. Locate the layers button in the right hand panel and click on it to expand the layers See also:
Farm Bill Section 1619.
2. Now locate the sub-header Boundaries.
3. Here you can turn the farm field borders on or off.
