The
2008 Farm Bill Section 1619
prohibits public access to the CLU (Common Land Unit) data commonly known as the FSA(Farm Service Agency) field borders. Therefore, the FSA field borders in Surety are dated May of 2008 and will not be updated until the CLU data becomes public again. If a border is outdated or incorrect within Surety, FSA fields can be modified and new fields drawn using the drawing tools. See also:

Section 1619 did NOT affect NAIP aerial imagery or the soils data contained in Surety.

the yellow borders indicate the CLU data. The boundaries can be turned on and off using the FSA Fields layer within the layers panel.
