The Forms Designer Save feature works the same as most save functions from any other program. If the
Save As feature has already been used, "Save" will overwrite the last saved version with the current version using the same name and permission level.
It is important to save often in the Forms Designer since there is no Undo tool.
Save
Hover over file
Click Save
The first time you click save, it will ask you what you would like to save the Form as. to save, enter a name and an access level for the form.
Enter name of Form/Report |
Set the access level by using the dropdown.
Access Levels
- Client: Will be only available for a specific selected client at the time.
Note: the client option will not appear in the dropdown if there was no client selected in Surety Pro when the Forms Designer had been accessed from the Surety Menu bar. - Location: Everyone in the company's specific selected location will be able to generate the Form
- Company: Everyone in the company will be able to access this form regardless of their location setup.

Click OK
From now on when you click File > Save it will not ask you to name it.
In order to change how it is saved such as Title or permissions you would need to use the
Save As feature.
