If it is necessary to call Agridata, Inc at 701-746-8580 to resolve an issue you are experiencing, you might be requested to start a remote session. Hover your cursor on Help and single left click Resources in the drop down.

A new window will open.

The first link in the Resource window is to download Adobe Reader from adobe.com.

The second and third link "Connect To AgriData, Inc." is used to initiate a remote session with AgriData, Inc. Follow the tech's instructions in order to start a remote session.
