Download a list of your client data you have stored within the Surety and Surety Pro accounts with the Export Client List function.

How to Export all clients saved to the currently selected location.

Click the File drop down and go to Export > Export Client

Click Download File in the simple dialogue box to download the file to your computer or device in a Tab Delimited (*.txt) format that can be opened within many spreadsheet programs including Microsoft Excel.

Note: Your browser's settings will determine how and where the file is downloaded.

The Attribute columns included in the file are the following:
  • FIRST_NAME
  • LAST_NAME
  • ACCOUNT
  • CREATEDATE
  • ADDRESS
  • CITY
  • STATE
  • ZIP
  • PHONE
  • EMAIL
  • LOCATION

The client list can also be downloaded from the client list interface by clicking on the export "disk" icon. (See: Selecting, Creating, Editing, and Deleting Clients in Surety® Pro)

Download all clients from all locations (Surety Pro Admins Only).

Note: The ability to download a tab delimited file containing all clients from all locations setup within the company is only available to Surety Pro admin accounts.

Within a Surety Pro Admin account, first clear any location selected in the client select interface by highlighting the location and backspacing it out then clicking off to the side.

Once the client list is cleared, go to File > Export > Client List.

The exported file will contain the clients from all locations.
