A
georeferenced image
is an image that can be imported into a GIS program such as ArcVIew and automatically be placed in the correct position and scale on a map grid.

Pro have the capability of exporting the shown image and selected border from the system to use in other applications.
Export a Georeferenced Image (jpeg)

First select or draw a border.
Then click on export either in the right hand panel
or under File > Export
Select the Georeferenced Image box and rename the output filename if desired.

Click Export
Click download Zip File
Then depending on the browser settings, it will either be saved into your downloads folder on your computer you will be prompted with a Save As selection.
If the folder that the file was saved in is navigated to, double click on the zip folder.
The folder will open and it will contain the following 3 files.
.jgw
This file contains the information on the size and position of the image to be used to place it on the map grid correctly.
.prj
Contains information on the projection that the file is using. (NAD 83)
.jpeg
The actual image file of the mapped area. It contains the extent of the map when the export button was pressed.
