Activate the AgWare Export option within a Surety or Surety Pro mapping interface to easily create and add Surety maps into an AgWare Sales project.
To start, The import functionality must be enabled within the AgWare software.
In AgWare, use the Edit drop down and click on Configuration
Click on the
Surety
Tab and then check the
Import Maps from Surety
option and click
OK
.
Within AgWare, open an existing Sale you wish to edit or create a new Sale.
IMPORTANT!
Once within a Sale, you will now log in to your existing Surety account using a special login page. This step only needs to be done ONE time. After that, you can access your Surety account using your normal method.
This login page can be accessed by going to the Tools option in the drop down and selecting

Open Surety
button.
This will access the special log in page:

Select or draw one or more boundaries on the map and then click on the AgWare Export link that is now available.
If there is more than one boundary selected or drawn then there will be an option to "Combine Boundaries". This option selected will treat the multiple boundaries as one record and will generate only one map for each map type selected.
If not selected, each boundary will generate their own maps instead of both boundaries being displayed on each map.
Now select the types of maps to include in the export.
To include the soils data as a database file, check "Include Soils data"
If you would like to have the software remember these selections for the next export, click on
Save Settings
.
Click on the Export ID number to copy it to your device's clipboard. This is the number that will need to be entered within AgWare to bring the exported maps into the sale.
The other option is to simply download the PDF packet directly to your device by using the Download Files link.
Once clicked, follow your browser download procedure.
The exported file will be a zip file containing a number of different items.
