Copy all data on a saved form into the new year.

Common uses for copying form data include:
This feature is available only in Surety Pro and is accomplished through the Forms Manager by use of the Copy Selected feature. 

A client needs to be selected first. When selecting the client, choose the crop year that the form record that you want to copy exists in.

Then open the Forms Manager in your Surety Pro subscription. 

If a specific form is not selected, then the copy selected option will not appear.

Select the Form type you would like to copy. The Copy Selected button will appear.

Select the form(s) you want to copy into a new year and click copy selected.

A dialog box will come up asking for a year to be entered.

One you type a valid year and click "Copy" the process will run

and show a summary of the results.

Click "OK" and you can now see that the entire form is duplicated except for the Crop Year.
