If you are using Surety® or Surety® Pro and click on any of the maps or reports such as FSA Maps, Soil, Topography or Aerial just to name a few in the right hand panel and it will not open for you, then you can try the following:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies history.
- Reset Your Browser, additionally, make sure you have an the latest version of Adobe Reader installed and it is functioning on your machine.
- If you build the maps and reports to a PDF (See: Adobe Reader), or if you build your maps and reports as a webpage (See: Soil Report Options), then you may also need to check for any third party programs such as antivirus software they may need a permission level set, and turn off the Pop-Up Blocker in your web browser See also: What is a browser (web browser, internet browser)? or you can hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard while clicking on the map or the report.
- Consult your IT department to see if they had made any changes and/or updates.
- Lastly, if all else fails and if you've reset the web browser, made sure Adobe Reader in installed with the latest version and is operating correctly, the web browser's Pop-Up Blocker is turned off and there are no other third party programs that would prohibit the map and/or reports from opening or the IT personal have not made any recent changes that may prohibit a report or map from opening, then you can try another web browser such as Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome.
