Add or Remove Maps, Forms, Reports, or Custom Layers from the Surety® or Surety® Pro interface.The default list of Maps and Forms are based on your selected industries. The More Forms option allows user to add and remove forms and map templates to their interface list.
Click on the More Forms link at the bottom of the form list to begin managing which forms appear on the interface.
(Note: it is recommended to select a client if you are using a Surety® Pro subscription, otherwise not all forms will be available to manage.)This will open a dialog window that lists every available form, map, and custom layer template in your account. Using the
Show checkboxes will immediately add or remove the report/form template to the list on the mapping interface in the current account.

Any of the forms, maps, or layers can be generated by clicking on the Form name.
Search the list of reports and forms by typing in a keyword in the top search bar.
