How do I unzip(extract) a zipped(compressed) file?
On a Windows computer
Unzip a file by right clicking on the .zip file and selecting "Extract All"
Proceed through the wizard to extract the file to a separate folder.
---
On a Mac computer
The easiest method to extract a zip file is to simply double click on the zip file itself and the Archive Utility should run automatically.
If this doesn't work, then simply right click (or alt-click) on the file and Open With > Archive Utility.
The new extracted folder will be created automatically.
