1.The Pivot drawing tool is available in the left hand panel under Drawing See also: The drawing tools are not working properly for me..

Click on the Pivot radio button to select it as your drawing medium.

2. In the right hand panel will appear step by step instructions if the Help feature turned on.

3. Next, click on the map where you would like to place your pivot. Move your cursor away from the center point to enlarge the pivot. Click your mouse button again once you have the desired size.

4. Now you can either do a pie slice by either moving your cursor counter clockwise or clockwise or if you want a full pivot click on the existing node.

Tip: You can move a pivots position by 1 pixel on the map by using your arrow keys on your keyboard or hold down the Shift+Arrow Key to move it by 4 pixels at a time.

5. Once you have the pie slice that you need, then click again and the pie slice will be drawn out for you. Notice the nodes are small in size. Nodes that are small in size means that you are not in a mode to interact with them.

6. If you need to adjust the size of the pivot, you can do so by either clicking on each individual node and moving it. 

Note: To make adjustments to an existing Pivot, you will need to select it first. Click on the Pivot to select it and it will then be highlighted in blue. Then click on Draw/Edit in the left hand panel. You will see that the nodes will enlarge of which means that they can be interacted with.

7.  You can click on the Adjust Current Acres located in the right hand panel and adjust it by 20% plus or minus.

8. Additionally, if you have drawn out your field borders or Smart Selected (See also: Smart Select) any field borders, you can make the pivot intersect 1 or more of these fields by moving your cursor across the drawn or Smart Selected fields.

9. If you need to delete a Pivot, then select it so that it is highlighted in blue and press the delete button on your keyboard.

10. Another option is to click on the Drawing/Edit radio button so that Drawing is selected and then click and hold on a node and then move your cursor over the other nodes. The nodes will disappear as you move across them.

11. Once you have less than 3 nodes left you can release the left mouse button and a message window will appear asking you if you would like to delete the remaining nodes. 

Click the OK button to do so, otherwise click the Cancel button.

12. If you would like to clear all of the drawings on the map at once, then you can click the Cancel Drawing link in the right hand panel.
