How do I reset my web browser?. If that does not address it then the second thing to do is to check your hardware ie printer for errors. Depending on your OS (Operating System ie XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 for pc machines or OSX Lion for Mac machines), the following instructions are based on a Windows 7 machine, but should be similar for the other pc machines.
Devices and Printers¶
First thing to do is to locate the Start Menu button (in Vista and Windows 7) it is a circle with Microsoft's logo, otherwise for XP it will be a button that will read Start.

Then the Menu will open. Click on Devices and Printers. If you do not see Devices and Printers then scroll down the page to the sub-header Control Panel.

Now a window will open of which will contain all of your devices and printers.

Next, you will need to locate the Default Printer. The printer that is selected as the Default Printer will have a check mark by it.
Locate the Printer that is your Default Printer.
Right click on your Default Printer and a menu will appear. Locate "Printer properties" and click on it. The Printer Properties window will open.

Located towards the bottom of the window is a Print Test Page Button. Click the Print Test Page button.
Click the Print Test Page button to print a test page.
A test page should print. If you receive an error ie Print Spooler Error then consult your IT personal or the manufacturer.
