What is a remote session?

Often times, when a client contacts us for training or even troubleshooting purposes (See also: How do I reset my web browser?) we will request to remote into the client's machine.

A remote session is where one computer connects to another computer from a remote location both securely and quickly. At AgriData, Inc. we do this by using a service through www.glance.net

With the ability to remote into your machine, we can provide one on one assistance for training and/or troubleshooting. We do recommend that you have high speed internet, dsl (digital subscriber line), cable internet or fiber optics.

If you are needing assistance from AgriData, Inc.'s homepage please call: 701.746.8580 so that we can create a four digit session id, then wait for the technician to instruct on which link to click on to connect to that technician.
