If you have been to our website agridatainc.com or have logged into Surety and it has been slow or unresponsive, here are some quick things that you can do:

  1. Clean your browser your browser including extensions, cache, and cookies. (See also: How do I reset my web browser?).
  2. Check to make sure you are running a valid anti-virus program and also add https://www.agridatainc.com as a safe site (whitelist) to your antivirus software. 
  3. Try a different web browser application.
  4. Perform a webspeed test.
  5. Check and reboot your hardware. Try power-cycling your router, modem, and switch(if applicable).
  6. If the problem persists, then you may further troubleshoot by swapping hardware or consult your IT personnel.
