Wireless Data Transfer can send the created boundaries from Surety to the SatLoc Cloud program in order to be sent wirelessly to a SatLoc G4 navigational system.
Note: Satloc Cloud has replaced Satloc HQ for wireless transfer. If your account was previously connected with Satloc HQ, you will need to connect again to Satloc Cloud using the steps below.
Activate the SatLoc Wireless Data Transfer API
¶
Before any data can be sent, you will need to provide your vendor login credentials for the HQ program to activate the connection.
This requires a Vendor user profile setup within the Satloc Cloud account.
If you don't have a vendor user account or are not sure, log in to
SatlocCloud.com
with your Company Admin credentials to access your account.
Click Users and find the Vendor User Type.
If a Vendor User Type is not setup, click "Add User" and select "Vendor" within the setup to register one.
Once the Vendor login is setup or recovered, go to
File > Third Party API Access
within your Surety account.
Click on the Activate button next to the SatLoc Wireless Transfer provider.
Now Click edit to set and save your Satloc Cloud login credentials.
Type in your Satloc Cloud account's Vendor User Id and Password and click the Test button to make sure that the information was entered correctly
A confirmation will appear if the provided information is a valid login.
If correct, click
Save
to store the credentials to your account.
