New Custom Form is located beneath the File button in the Forms Designer Menu bar.
Use this option if you would like to design a report from the ground up.
Hover over File
 Hover over File |
Click on New Custom Form
 Select New Custom Form |
When selected, a blank canvas appears in the design view with the exception of the Surety Logo. The Surety Logo can be re-positioned on the page but cannot be deleted, hidden or moved off of the page.
