Some email providers may block images from being displayed in your received emails if they come from an someone that is not in your safe contacts list. 

Since AgriData sends out a variety of different notifications including Account expiration information, password reset information, Surety update newsletters, and Webinar Schedule updates, it is important that you are able to receive this information correctly and fully. 

Important Notes:

  • Emails from AgriData, Inc. could be shown as messages from "Info" or from Surety Mapping Team - AgriData, Inc. On Behalf Of Surety Mapping Team - AgriData, Inc. or something similar.
  • In addition to the email address of info@agridatainc.com, it may be necessary to add the address info_agridatainc.com@bmsend.com to your safe list since that is where our newsletters and training updates are sent from.

Outlook 2010

In outlook when an email comes into your inbox from an sender that is not in your contacts list, Outlook will automatically block the images from being displayed or sends it to the Junk folder depending on the email. 

Open the email to view it in your preview pane or new window,

There will be a message that says "Click here to download pictures" Left click that message and select Add Sender to Safe senders list or Add Domain to safe senders list.

You can also download the images so that they are able to be viewed within the message. Just choose the Download Pictures selection.

It is also possible to add an address manually to the safe senders list. 

Click to open the home panel

Click the down arrow for Junk and select Never Block Sender's Domain (@example.com), Never Block Sender , or Never Block this group or Mailing List.

Hotmail / MSN mail /Live / outlook.com

If you don't see the message from info@agridatainc.com in your inbox then make sure to check the Junk mail Folder

Right click on the message and click Not Junk

Go back to your inbox and click add to contacts next to where it says info

GMail

If you have a gmail account and you are not receiving emails from AgriData into your inbox then you should check your Junk folder. To do this you may need to click the "More" button in the left hand panel.

Then find the message from AgriData and right click on it and select "Not Spam"

This will move the message to the inbox.

To make sure that you continue to receive emails from AgriData, Inc., add us to your contacts list.

Open the email and look in the right hand panel for a small arrow next to an envelope. Click this arrow and then click Add to Contacts

Yahoo Mail

If emails from AgriData (Also could be called Info) are not appearing in your Inbox, check your Spam Folder

Find the message, click the checkbox next to it, and then click the Not Spam button to move the message to your inbox.

Find the message in your inbox again and then left click on the word info to bring up a menu. Click Add to Contacts...
